Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) are two forms of psychotherapy that have gained widespread popularity over the past few decades. While both are evidence-based therapies that are effective in treating a range of mental health conditions, they differ in their approach and techniques.
